2 Wins Back 2 Back....
Leeds Rhinos made it two wins from as many games as they overcame Medway Dragons 78-42 in an entertaining game at Medway Park.
Both sides opened up with three tries each within the first fifteen minutes of the game, but tries from Tom Haliwell, Jodie Boyd-Ward and Ryan Richardson saw the Rhinos cruise to a comfortable 20-point lead.
Medway did cut the gap back to ten points with two well-worked tries from Sebastian Groves, but the game swung back to the Rhinos as a try for Josh Butler and another try for Richardson saw the Rhinos take control of the game.
Medway recovered to score a late first half penalty and they trailed 46-26 at the break.
The Dragons then started the second half on the front foot and, with help from Martin Lane, they managed to cut the gap back to ten points with 30 minutes left to play.
But, with the Dragons tiring late on, the Rhinos racked up 26 unanswered points, scoring five tries to close out an impressive victory on the road.

The Winner's England WhRL featured debutants Ryan Richardson and Nathan Collins, along with Jodie Boyd-Ward, Tom Halliwell and Joint Captain James Simpson.
With Nathan Collins picking up player of the tournament for his first major international at just 16 years old is a massive boost to both players and the club.

The curtain to Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair RL season came to a close this weekend with a defeat in the semi finals of the Challenge Cup to Mersey Storm.
We caught up with Head Coach Martyn Gill to get his thoughts on the game and season:
"In regards to the game at the weekend, we are obviously dissapointed to not have progressed into the final, and at times we were in a real dog fight with Mersey, but take nothing away from them, they were very good on the day and their experience showed. I thought Paul Craig ran the show for them very well. We did show some moments of brilliance, but we simply have to be better in certain parts of our game against tougher opposition and will be looking to work on that for next season.
However I don't want the game from the weekend to be what we judge our whole season on, and we spoke about this as a team after the game. In terms of progression we have made great strides this year. The club only two seasons ago was a bottom of the league team and down to some hard work by everyone at the club we are turning that around, and feel that anyone judging us, should remember where our starting point was and how far we have come in a short space of time.
We have picked up six wins and a draw this season in both league and cup competitions and that is something we are very proud of and learnt heaps of lessons in the process that will stand us in good stead for the future.
As for now though, we are looking forward to a break with some of the squad going on to play in the European championships and then we will come back as we start the preparations both on and off field for our first ever tour.
I would like to thank everyone connected at the club for their efforts and support this season and on behalf of Leeds would like to wish Mersey and Halifax the best of luck in the final"
Finally a word with the Chairman Andrew Gardner
"This season has been immense we have some great players who can continue to progress and fight for honours, we have the best back room staff in the game, a great Management group SPIDER-Y that help support Martyn with training and matchday activities, we've got 3 weeks until we have a 3 month break then back in Jan 2016 full training and preperation for an early start to next season with plenty of friendlys and our first tour." We would like to take this opportunity to wish the England Team good luck for the forth coming European Championships on 23rd -26th September at Medway Park Gillingham kent."
